Sleeman to Become Partner at T2 Tech Group

T2 Tech Group, a premier provider of IT consulting, announced today that Leigh Sleeman will assume the position of Partner effective January 1, 2018. Sleeman currently serves as a Senior Program Manager, with a 17-year career in healthcare technology.

Sleeman joined T2 Tech Group as a Program Manager in 2012, based on his successful management of complex healthcare IT projects. Sleeman has also been an integral part in developing and cultivating T2 Tech’s hybrid-agile project management methodology.

As Partner, Leigh Sleeman will assume responsibility for supporting the organization’s growth with his project management experience, while maintaining T2 Tech’s unique culture and commitment to its clients. In addition to leading high-profile projects, Sleeman will continue to be a trusted mentor for all staff at T2 Tech.

Sleeman launched his career in 2000 by joining UCLA Health Systems and eventually landing the role of Manager, IT PMO in 2010. Throughout his career, he has seamlessly transitioned business needs into technical requirements, forged excellent relationships with executive leaders, functioned as a primary IT liaison and directed teams of high-caliber senior project managers.

Leigh Sleeman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical and Pastoral Studies from Newbold College in Reading, UK and a Masters of Arts degree in Theology from the University of Wales, in Lampeter, UK. He also has earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, signifying him as a professional who is well versed in the foundational elements of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology.
