Leigh Sleeman is an experienced senior technical program manager with over two decades of experience in healthcare information technology. Throughout his career, Leigh has seamlessly transitioned business needs into technical requirements, forged excellent relationships with executive leaders, functioned as a primary IT liaison, and directed teams of high-caliber senior project managers.

As a Partner at T2, Leigh has championed multiple projects for several health systems. These projects include data center and application migrations to colocation facilities and public clouds, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) implementations, and multiple integration coordination efforts for electronic health record systems.

Prior to joining T2, Leigh held pivotal roles at UCLA Health, culminating in the role of Manager of their IT Program Management Office and program managing all infrastructure technology aspects of their new hospital building efforts. His significant contributions were instrumental in driving the organization’s technological progression and strategic advancements.

Leigh earned a Master’s degree in Theology from the University of Wales and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
